  • First, Check the internet connection is working or not
  • Open the Windows Start menu >> then choose Settings >> then select Control Panel
  • Then, Double-click on Windows Firewall
  • If your Windows Firewall is On >> then click the Exceptions tab
  • Click on Add Program >> then click Browse >> then locate following file: C:Program
  • FilesSage Accountants SuiteUKTaxCCentre.exe
  • Click on apply >> then return to the Control Panel
